Way to go TMac, not bad for your inagural post. Given that virtualization and specifically VMware is the hottest IT trend since the PC it is no wonder why there is a shortage of resources to evangelize, sell and support it. This should serve as a shout out to those looking for a career. Virtualization is here, will be here and is the future of computing. For those looking for a career change or coming out of school, get yourself VMware certified and go spread the word.
