You need to be acutely aware of the customer environment before trying to take on any consolidation project.  Listening to the VOC voice of the customer (old GE habbits are hard to break) is very important as you work through this phase of virtualization.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice work!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Scott</description>
