Great post Scott! It's certainly becoming more and more important to be adaptive and stand out. “Be remarkable” can serve as a useful mantra to many.

Great post! Although it's not just about virtualization — that's just a technology. It's about becoming a Linchpin in the transformation of your organization. I don't care what you call it — Cloud, IT as a Service, DevOps — but we seem to be at an inflection point where IT is rapidly going Somewhere, and the more you can help your organization make that transformation, the more valuable your contribution will be.
